The Institute of Strategic Studies and Training

“ISSAT”, established in 2006, is licensed and accredited by local and foreign authorities to offer advanced professional courses, and carries a unique history and experience in providing the best training and expertise to public administration, companies, organizations , businesses throughout Albania.

For 17 years, the mission of ISSAT has been and remains the increase of capacities, the enrichment of human resources available for the domestic and foreign market.
Over 15,000 people trained and qualified by ISSAT during 2006-2023, in 58 Certified Trainings in the fields of Management, Economics, Finance, Health, Sociology, Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology.

In a constantly changing social and economic reality, technological advancements and innovative development, the application and acquisition of new concepts, techniques, models, strategies is a necessity.

ISSAT contributes directly to: the advanced contemporary qualification of young and experienced professionals, exposing them to new ideas and models, helping them expand their knowledge, update skills, learn new practices and techniques, keep pace of technology, deepen their professional expertise.

ISSAT & FEDE

ISSAT training activity is approved and certified by
FEDE – European Federation of Education.

  • ISSAT trainings are officially certified and recognized by FEDE-EUROPEAN EDUCATION FEDERATION.

  • ISSAT students will have the opportunity to obtain a Certificate approved by FEDE, which is well-known in all European areas and beyond.

  • The certificate will contain the two respective seals of FEDE and ISSAT, as well as an identification number assigned by FEDE for each student.

  • FEDE is Accredited by: EDUQUA, ACBE, ALTE, IFEF, COUNCIL OF EUROPE, GRECO, FEEF, GEOPA.

One of the main priorities in the activity of ISSAT is to help students convey credibility, apply their potential, develop analytical and critical thinking, cultivate responsibility, their sensitivity to culture, art, various issues that preoccupy the individual and the community. ISSAT inspires leadership. ISSAT students today manage and are leaders of human capital.

From the beginning of its conception, ISSAT was based on the best local and foreign experience in the field of education, science and research. ISSAT’s cooperation is institutionalized with several universities abroad such as: UBIS University Geneva, Switzerland. From the cooperation with this University, 400 students graduated in Master MBA Programs. Another important agreement was the one with Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands) and ISSAT for the DBA Programs.
