‘ISSAT’ has a rich scientific research activity, which is conducted through conferences, individual studies of training experts, students’ individual and group studies, research projects, and publications. Individual studies represent the main activity.

The scientific-research results have become known through various institutional conferences organized at the institutional level by areas and specialties, as well as through open conferences, where renowned foreign personalities in the areas of policy-making, economy, sociological sciences, business management, and accredited foreign diplomatic representatives in Albania have been invited.
